El Jolgorio Mexicano
El Jolgorio Mexicano smells of roasted agave and maple. It is made agave Mexicano (Dobadaan), which grows to be quite large.  This Mezcal is straightforward and right down the middle with hints of light smoke, citrus, and peppers.
